I think that the best place to begin is on Comparative Advantage. It serves as a good setting for the progression of discussion and also a fallback when we hit barriers (Bo’s logic) or impasses (Gibby’s lack of caring).
It is united in belief of 1 Cor 15:3-6 that we even begin conversation.
